Apstrakt

In the era of modern economy, in the environment of increasing digitization of business, the market competition between business entities is more and more demanding. In order to withstand the extremely high pace of business imposed by competition, business entities are forced to turn to serious data analytics. In order for data analytics to be able to provide quality information, in addition to secondary data available to everyone, business entities turn to the production of primary data (which falls under the domain of trade secrets). Primary data can be collected by surveying or storing any digital data, which is created in the internal electronic system of a business entity. Also, during the survey, the interviewed person may not have the desire to answer all the questions; as with the collection of digital data from the internal electronic system, occasional downtime and interruptions may occur.
